A casual, yet elegant Japanese cafe, Wasabi does sushi " and almost everything else " right. The sushi menu lists 20 choices, the maki menu an even dozen. Entrees include salmon, yellowtail, and lobster teriyaki, as well as chicken and pork rolls stuffed with ground shrimp. Don't pass up the ginger ice cream.
